DTF Printing

DTF (Direct to Film) printing is an advanced method that transfers vibrant, full-color designs onto garments with precision and durability. The design is printed on a special film, coated with adhesive powder, and then heat-pressed onto the fabric. This technique works on a wide range of materials, including cotton, polyester, and blends. DTF prints are flexible, long-lasting, and resistant to cracking or fading, making them perfect for custom apparel and branding.

Film Printing

The design is printed directly onto a special transfer film using high-quality DTF inks. This step ensures vibrant colors, sharp details, and accurate design reproduction on the film surface.

Powder Application

After printing, adhesive powder is evenly applied to the wet ink on the film. The powder sticks only to the printed areas, preparing the design for strong bonding with the fabric.

Heat Curing

The printed film is then heated to melt and cure the adhesive powder. This process activates the bonding layer, making the transfer ready to be pressed onto the garment.
