Steps for DTF Printing:
Film Printing
The design is printed directly onto a special transfer film using high-quality DTF inks. This step ensures vibrant colors, sharp details, and accurate design reproduction on the film surface.
Powder Application
After printing, adhesive powder is evenly applied to the wet ink on the film. The powder sticks only to the printed areas, preparing the design for strong bonding with the fabric.
Heat Curing
The printed film is then heated to melt and cure the adhesive powder. This process activates the bonding layer, making the transfer ready to be pressed onto the garment.
Heat Press Transfer
Finally, the cured transfer is placed onto the garment and pressed using a heat press machine. The design permanently bonds to the fabric, resulting in a durable, flexible, and high-quality print.
